We describe our lifts as accurately as we can, including capacity, dimensions and included accessories. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars. We may correct errors, update prices or change product information at any time without notice. Promotional pricing is available for a limited time.

2. Orders

When you place an order you make an offer to buy the product. We may accept or decline any order, for example if an item is unavailable or if we suspect fraud. If we cannot fulfil an order after payment, we will refund you in full.

3. Payment

4. Shipping, returns and warranty

Delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy, returns by our Refund Policy, and product coverage by our Warranty. Please read them before ordering.

5. Safe use and installation

Vehicle lifts are heavy equipment. You are responsible for installing and operating your lift according to the manufacturer's manual, on a suitable concrete floor, and in line with local codes and safe-use practices. American AutoGear is not liable for damage or injury resulting from improper installation, overloading beyond rated capacity, or misuse.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable state or federal law.
