Does the KT-4H110 run on a standard household outlet?
Yes. The 110V model plugs into an ordinary 110VAC garage outlet with no electrician or panel upgrade needed. The 220V single-phase model lifts faster if you have a 220V circuit. You choose the voltage on the product page.
How much weight can it lift?
The KT-4H110 lifts 11,000 lbs (4,990 kg). It has 14 locking positions and a maximum lifting height of 84.25 inches, and it is CE approved and tested to 115% dynamic and 150% static load.
Can I store two vehicles on one lift?
Yes - that is the main reason owners buy a four-post lift. Raise the platform to park a second vehicle underneath, then lower it when you need the bay for service.
Is shipping really free?
Yes. Free LTL freight to the contiguous 48 states is included in the price of every lift.
How long will delivery take?
Orders dispatch within 2 business days, and freight transit takes 6 - 9 business days after dispatch. Delivery is curbside and the carrier calls ahead to book an appointment.
How does curbside freight delivery work?
Your lift ships fully crated on a pallet. When it is a day or two away, the freight carrier calls you to schedule a curbside delivery appointment. You receive the pallet at the curb and inspect it before signing.
Where do you ship?
We ship to the contiguous 48 United States only. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories or international addresses.
How do I track my order?
Use the Track Your Order page at /apps/parcelpanel with the order number from your confirmation email.
What floor do I need to install it?
A minimum 4 inch thick concrete floor rated at 3,000 PSI. Follow the included manual for anchor and leveling requirements.
How much space does the lift take up?
The overall footprint is 126 inches wide by 229.73 inches long with the ramps, with a post height of 94.88 inches. Check the full specifications on the product page against your garage dimensions.
What is included with the lift?
The four posts, two runways, cross rails and drive-on ramps, the hydraulic power unit and cylinder, 14-position mechanical safety locks, a single-point manual lock release, two drip trays, a jack tray, the hardware pack and the manual.
What is the difference between the 110V and 220V models?
Both lift the same 11,000 lbs. The 110V model runs from a standard garage outlet for maximum convenience; the 220V single-phase model lifts faster if you have a 220V circuit available.
Is the lift safe to leave a vehicle on for long-term storage?
Yes. At working height the platform rests on mechanical locks - one of 14 positions - with a slack-cable safety device at each column, so the load is held by steel rather than hydraulics.
What warranty comes with the lift?
A 12-month warranty on all parts (cylinder, power unit, motor and electronics) with parts shipped free and labor not included, plus a 3-year structural warranty on the posts, runways and cross members.

What is your return policy?
You have 30 days from delivery to return an unused, uninstalled lift in its original packaging. Return freight is at the buyer's cost. Email us to start a return.
What if my lift arrives damaged?
Inspect the crate before signing the delivery receipt. If you see damage, note it on the paperwork and email us photos the same day so we can resolve it with the carrier.
Do I need a permit to install a lift?
Most private-property installs do not require a permit, but requirements vary by location. Check your local building codes before installation.
Can I install the lift myself?
Many owners assemble the KT-4H110 in an afternoon following the included manual. A helper and basic tools are recommended given the weight of the components.
