Every lift sold by American AutoGear is covered by a manufacturer-backed warranty.
Coverage
- 12 months on all parts - including the hydraulic cylinder, power unit, motor and electronics.
- 3 years on structural components - the posts, runways and cross members.
What is included
If a covered part fails under normal use during the warranty period, we ship the replacement part to you free of charge. Labor and installation are not included - you or your technician install the replacement part.
What is not covered
The warranty does not cover damage from improper installation, overloading beyond the rated capacity, accidents, misuse, unauthorized modification, or normal wear items. Installing your lift on a suitable concrete floor per the manual is required for coverage.
How to make a claim
Email contact@americanautogear.shop with your order number, the lift model and a description or photos of the issue. We will confirm coverage and arrange the replacement part.
